• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Deliver tailored advice across Brand and product categories
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Use clienteling tools to develop and maintain long term relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Support store performance through proactive prospecting and follow up
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent Brand experience

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset with drive to meet sales goals
• Curiosity and willingness to learn Brand and product knowledge
• Ability to build meaningful client relationships and use clienteling systems
