Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences using personalized service techniques.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and clienteling systems.
- Conduct client appointments focusing on product knowledge and styling.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to enhance in store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable moments.
- Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client service roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and foster relationships.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email applications.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
