Seasoned luxury retail Client Advisor Stylist responsible for delivering an exceptional Valentino client experience at the Bal Harbour boutique by driving sales, building long term client relationships, and providing personalized styling across ready to wear and handbags.
Responsibilities
- Master the client journey to create and maintain strong long term relationships
- Proactively engage existing and potential clientele and pursue CRM targets
- Deliver personalized Valentino couture service throughout pre sale, presentation, closing and farewell
- Use clienteling tools and capture qualitative client data and notes consistently
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise
- Advise clients on styling across categories and curate looks based on trends
- Assist with sales after sales activities including returns repairs and customer complaints
- Ensure product maintenance and replenish floor stock working with warehouse and visual team
- Operate POS and support operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when needed
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and KPIs
- Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability
- Team player mindset
- Foreign language skills are a plus
