Summary
The Client Advisor/Stylist provides exceptional client experiences in a luxury boutique, driving sales through personalized styling, proactive clienteling, and strong product knowledge. The role manages CRM targets, prepares for client appointments, and supports store operations to uphold presentation and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain long-term client relationships by mastering the client journey and delivering personalized service.
- Proactively engage existing and potential clients, execute client outreach and CRM activities, and work to achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
- Provide styling guidance across categories, prepare for appointments, and stay current on trends and new arrivals.
- Support merchandise maintenance and floor replenishment, assist with returns/repairs, and follow visual display guidelines.
- Operate the POS, handle transactional and operational tasks, and assist with shipping/receiving when needed.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with a clientele focus and a proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Action-oriented, results-driven, problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
