Client Advisor/Stylist - Hirshleifers Manhasset

Summary

The Client Advisor/Stylist provides high-touch service to build long-term client relationships and deliver the Valentino couture experience in boutique. The role combines proactive clienteling, styling across categories, and achieving sales and CRM targets. The advisor prepares for appointments, presents merchandise with expert product knowledge, and supports day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

• Master the client journey and deliver personalized Valentino couture service from welcome to farewell
• Proactively engage and grow clientele, execute CRM actions and capture client data
• Style clients across categories, prepare for appointments and curate looks based on trends
• Support merchandising and visual standards, maintain floor stock and assist with replenishment
• Perform sales transactions using POS and assist with operational tasks including shipping and receiving when needed

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results
• Strong client relationship building, verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy to operate POS and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Team player, action oriented and a problem-solver; foreign languages a plus
