Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service following the branded selling ceremony
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals and capture meaningful customer data in CRM
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury products with brand knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store security standards and uphold visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintain neat and organized understock and stock room
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Team-focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to customers
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
