Summary
Deliver the Tiffany client experience by building and deepening client relationships, achieving commercial targets, and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Serve as a brand ambassador through exceptional communication, clienteling, and personalized service while supporting store operations and teamwork. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs and drive repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in store client experiences using the Tiffany touch and personalized service.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Conduct client appointments and convert through curiosity and discovery.
- Promote key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow business.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS behaviors to enhance in store hospitality and experiences.
- Collaborate with central and local teams to execute strategy and reinforce client development.
- Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets.
- Ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
