Provide an exceptional luxury retail experience by representing the brand in every client interaction, building lasting client relationships, and achieving store commercial targets. Deliver personalized service through clienteling, styling, and elevated in-store moments while supporting sales initiatives and using POS and client tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable client experiences and act as a brand ambassador using a personalized selling approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to store commercial goals.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and client tracking systems.
- Conduct client appointments with curiosity and discovery to convert sales.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve the in-store experience.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create differentiated experiences.
- Connect products to clients wardrobe and provide styling recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results in sales.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base and deliver personalized service.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking systems, and email applications.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and proficiency in additional languages preferred.
