Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store sales goals while representing the brand with professionalism. Provide tailored service, maintain operational standards on the shop floor, assist with merchandising, and use CRM tools to build and retain client relationships. Support the team by mentoring colleagues and ensuring a high level of brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and drive business development
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
• Build and maintain long term relationships with loyal clients
• Support the sales ceremony on the shop floor and mentor team members
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining shop floor presentation
• Demonstrate in depth product knowledge and brand heritage

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling tools
• Ability to maintain brand standards and operational excellence
