Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, cultivating relationships, and supporting store goals. Reporting to store leadership, the role contributes to sales growth, supports visual merchandising and training needs, and upholds brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a high level of client service consistent with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Drive sales and key KPIs including average transaction and units per transaction.
- Collaborate with store team to support visual merchandising and inventory preparation.
- Support operations including charge sends, repairs, and holds follow up.
- Learn and maintain product and brand knowledge to advise clients.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Support training needs and assist leadership as required to meet store objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
- Willingness to perform duties as requested by management and support store operations.
