Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients to provide personalized luxury service and product recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and KPIs including conversion, ADT, and data capture through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, and after-sales requests accurately using POS and clienteling tools.
• Support inventory preparation, cycle counts, stock organization, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Follow loss prevention and operational procedures and maintain professional presentation and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury, premium retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; bilingual or multilingual preferred.
• Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
