Summary

The Client Advisor cultivates lasting client relationships through elevated selling, expert styling, and exceptional customer service both in-store and digitally. This onsite role uses technology and omni-channel tools to engage clients, meet sales goals, and act as a trusted style confidante while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and selling
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business activities to increase individual productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Service clients both in person and remotely using store technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
