Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, styling expertise, and exceptional customer service both in-store and via digital tools. This on-site role uses omnichannel technology to engage clients, achieve sales goals, and act as a trusted style confidante while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal styling.
• Sell to clients in-store and digitally using store technology and social media.
• Utilize omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity.
• Demonstrate expert brand and fashion knowledge when advising clients.
• Create a positive team environment through collaboration.
• Use technology to manage client outreach and appointments.

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
• Commission sales experience and a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Comfortable using digital selling tools and technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to meet store and client needs.
