Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, cultivates long-term client relationships, and supports store goals. Reporting to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager or Director, the role contributes to visual merchandising or training needs and helps achieve sales and KPI objectives.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional client service aligned with brand standards.
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through active clientele management.
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clients to grow business.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as required.
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Alternatively, hospitality or other client oriented service experience is acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Fashion forward with an interest in luxury goods and product knowledge development.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
