• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs

• Offer styling expertise seasonal trend guidance and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling capturing client data and initiating regular follow up
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand DNA and product pillars
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
