Part-Time Brand Ambassador - Children's Store

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience in the children's store while supporting store performance and visual standards. This part-time Brand Ambassador drives sales through product knowledge, styling, and engagement with programs like Polo Connect, and contributes to overall store operations and team success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture).
• Assist customers with styling and fitting room needs, including sizing guidance.
• Support sales floor standards, visual merchandising, opening and closing tasks.
• Execute operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and inventory tasks.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong customer communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and maneuver around sales floor, stock, and fitting rooms.
• Ability to operate a register and perform point-of-sale duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel or overnight shifts.
