Client Advisor - Wynn

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences in the boutique. This role builds lasting client relationships, achieves individual and store sales goals, and supports team priorities, including visual merchandising or training needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide service in line with brand standards.
• Build client relationships, manage client outreach, and develop new clientele.
• Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, reviewing results and adjusting sales approaches as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and support inventory activities, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Collaborate with the team and store leadership, follow company policies, and maintain visual merchandising and grooming standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant hospitality or client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion interest, professional presentation, reliability, punctuality, and flexibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are preferred.
• Comfort with Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
