The Client Advisor delivers exceptional, personalized service to clients in a luxury retail setting at the Yorkdale location, driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships. The role includes providing product knowledge and styling advice, managing transactions and inventory, and ensuring the store presentation meets brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a professional, personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting targets.
• Build and maintain a client book, conduct follow-ups and invite clients to events.
• Process transactions, operate the POS, and manage stock replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising and back-office tasks to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Multilingual ability preferred; cultural awareness for international clientele.
