Job Description

Summary

As a Client Care Representative in Queens, you will be responsible for professionally resolving client issues while maintaining Tiffany & Co.'s high standards. You will act as a client advocate, liaising with various departments to obtain necessary information to respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Your role includes creating detailed estimates and performing administrative duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities
  • Build client relationships by applying LVMH values to deliver the Tiffany Experience and foster brand loyalty.
  • Respond to inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally, meeting productivity requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce Case Management to review client profiles and ensure quick and equitable resolutions.
  • Liaise with all departments to obtain necessary information for timely resolution of service-related inquiries.
  • Perform minimal administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of business experience with a strong operational background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work without constant direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs.
  • Customer service orientation and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed.
