The Client Specialist, Handbags delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, focusing on handbags and related accessories. The role emphasizes clienteling, product expertise, and creating a luxury shopping experience while supporting store sales targets. This is a full-time, in-store position based at the Roosevelt Field location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, build relationships, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain expert product knowledge of handbags, materials, designers, and current trends.
• Drive sales through clienteling, follow up, and attainment of individual sales goals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock levels, and visual standards in the handbag area.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and assist with inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred, with demonstrated clienteling skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build repeat business.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
