Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, delivering personalized product recommendations for home merchandise.
• Drive individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the salesfloor is organized and well stocked.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and client services accurately.
• Build and maintain client records and follow up to cultivate repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge or interest in home furnishings and décor preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
