Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and fashion expertise to increase conversion and retention, driving sales and brand loyalty. This in-store role works closely with the boutique sales team and reports to boutique leadership to deliver elevated client experiences. The position requires a service-minded approach and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Receive repairs and manage consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team and support boutique leadership to meet business and service objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Full-time, front-of-house in-store presence required to support client sales and service.
