Client Specialist - Intimates - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provide personalized service to customers in intimates, helping them find the right styles and fit while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Use product knowledge and clienteling to drive sales and build repeat relationships. Maintain merchandising and operational standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offer product recommendations and fittings.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and clienteling activities.
• Process sales transactions and work to meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restock inventory, and ensure fitting room standards.
• Support store events, promotions, and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in intimates or apparel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to perform fittings and provide sizing recommendations with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior POS and clienteling experience preferred.
