Summary

Provides exceptional personalized sales and client service for women's ready-to-wear collections at the Willowbrook store. Builds and maintains client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and follow-up. Collaborates with the store team to support merchandising, inventory, and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver personalized styling and product recommendations for women's ready-to-wear.
• Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, and conversion of appointments and walk-ins.
• Maintain visual merchandising, floor sets, and accurate product presentation.
• Process transactions, manage appointments, and assist with inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Strong communication, styling, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems and supporting basic stock and merchandising tasks.
