Summary

Part-time Commission Sales Associate supporting the men's department at the North Michigan store. The role focuses on delivering personalized service and building client relationships to drive sales and earn commission. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling to men's clients.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandise presentation, and organized sales floor.
• Process transactions, assist with stock replenishment, and support inventory tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of men's apparel, fit, and current fashion trends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks on the sales floor.
