Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and deliver a high level of personalized service to drive purchases.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and commission targets.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and visual standards on the floor.
• Process customer transactions and adhere to store policies and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a department store or luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
