Summary

Provide high-energy, commission-driven sales on the men's shoe floor, delivering personalized service to customers and converting traffic into transactions. Maintain strong product knowledge across brands and styles, drive sales to meet or exceed individual targets, and support visual merchandising and inventory standards at the Fashion Valley location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to assess needs and recommend appropriate footwear and accessories.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through active selling, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge, including fit and construction details.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and presentation of the men's shoe department.
• Process sales transactions accurately and assist with inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or footwear sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting and handling merchandise.
