Summary

Provide excellent customer service and drive sales in the men's department at a flagship retail location. Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to build client relationships and support store performance. This is a commission-based, part-time sales role requiring professionalism and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to assess needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Close sales and achieve individual commission-based targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards, ensure product presentation, and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Build and manage client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling activities.
• Process transactions accurately and follow store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in men's apparel or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and the ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods.
