Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships on the sales floor.
• Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards for the men's department.
• Process sales transactions, exchanges, and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Support inventory, receiving, and fitting room operations as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or department store sales experience, preferably in menswear.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals in a commission environment.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
