Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and grow a personal client book.
• Achieve individual commission goals and collaborate with the sales team to drive store performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and stock levels for the department.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in product knowledge training and departmental meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's apparel or a department store environment.
• Proven success in commission-based selling and meeting sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
