Job Description

Summary

As a Commission Sales Associate at our Short Hills location, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in the home department. You will work part-time to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in the home department.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain a client base to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for home products and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
