Part-time Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving sales of women's ready-to-wear at the White Plains store. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets on a commission basis. Provide styling advice, maintain merchandising standards, and support overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to drive and close sales for women's ready-to-wear.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is well presented.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or related experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong styling and product knowledge of women's ready-to-wear.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, and willingness to work on commission.
