The role partners with the store team to maintain brand standards, ensure merchandise presentation reflects the RH aesthetic, and provide a seamless purchasing experience. This position requires a sales-driven mindset, strong product knowledge, and the physical ability to handle and move inventory.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence
• Engage and educate customers on products to support informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and store policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic
• Accurately process sales transactions and support a seamless checkout experience
• Contribute to team sales goals and support overall store performance

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
