Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations for fine jewelry.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, clean and secure displays, and ensure product presentation is showroom ready.
• Process sales transactions, handle special orders, and coordinate fittings or appointments as needed.
• Participate in inventory controls, receive merchandise, and follow loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and upsell services such as warranties and cleaning.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays and the ability to work on the sales floor standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional presentation and reliability required.
