Service Associate

Summary

As a Service Associate you will deliver attentive customer service on the sales floor, assist shoppers with product selection, and support store operations to ensure an elevated shopping experience. This full time role requires strong communication and a proactive approach to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, handle exchanges and returns according to store procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock and keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
• Support team objectives by collaborating with colleagues and assisting with store initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
