Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and clienteling.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and manage appointments.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and loss-prevention standards.
• Process sales transactions and manage customer inquiries at the point of sale.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail sales or styling experience, commission sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of women's ready-to-wear fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
