Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and sales assistance to customers on the sales floor.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is well presented on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges according to store procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work on a commission-based compensation plan.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of retail sales.
