Join our team as a Commission Sales Associate in the Women's Shoes department at our 59th Street location. You will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Drive sales by engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.

• 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
