Commission Sales Associate for women's shoes responsible for driving sales through personalized service and product expertise. This part-time, commission-based role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving individual sales targets on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales and meet or exceed commission targets.
• Provide personalized styling, product recommendations, and fittings for women's footwear.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up to generate repeat business.
• Maintain visual merchandising and floor presentation standards; assist with inventory replenishment.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or associate experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Experience with commission-based compensation and closing sales is preferred.
