Commission Sales Associate - Womens Shoes - Willowbrook

Summary

Provide personalized sales service for women's footwear on the retail floor, driving sales through product knowledge and styling. Work on commission to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while maintaining an organized and visually appealing department.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and offer fit and styling recommendations for women's shoes.
• Drive individual sales and commission goals through proactive selling and suggestive techniques.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, execute restocks and size runs, and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms tidy.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or footwear sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and carrying boxes.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
