Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit advice, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support customer loyalty by opening rewards accounts and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.

• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule and occasionally support another department.
