Summary

Provide personalized fashion guidance and service to customers in the Women's Apparel department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful service and confident style and fit advice.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and perform physical tasks, including lifting merchandise.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
