Job Description

Summary

As a Concierge Associate/Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Valley Fair, you will play a dual role in enhancing the client experience by dedicating half of your schedule to Client Advisor responsibilities and the other half to Concierge hosting. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every client is treated with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
  • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
  • Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories.
  • Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients by determining their needs and offering direction to appropriate departments.
  • Be the client's first point of contact within the store and set the tone for their experience.
  • Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team to build a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing events in-store.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Secure back-of-house efficiency and support the business strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for luxury retail and client service.
