Summary
Provide exceptional customer service as the Concierge, acting as an ambassador for clients and ensuring a high standard of service in a luxury retail environment. Manage inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, support events and store activities, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of store offerings and local attractions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent excellent customer service to all clients
- Maintain expert knowledge of the store and product locations
- Manage incoming inquiries and requests at the information kiosk, via phone, and via email
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours
- Process gift cards for clients
- Support client services department and assist the sales floor as a POS super user
- Develop and maintain relationships with concierge community and vendor partners
- Assist with store events including lists, ticket collection, and RSVPs
- Ensure event materials and plasma screen text are current and relevant
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer software
- Ability to manage inquiries across multiple channels and resolve standard issues within policy
- Familiarity with local community highlights and concierge vendor resources
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Adherence to privacy policies and cyber security measures
