Summary
Provide superb customer service to Holt Renfrew clients by acting as an ambassador and ensuring an environment that meets the highest standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries in person, by phone, and by email while maintaining expert knowledge of the store and local community offerings. Support events, client services, and sales floor operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistently excellent customer service to all clients.
- Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person, by phone, and by email.
- Process gift cards and support client services activities.
- Act as POS super user to support sales floor operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with concierge community and vendor partners.
- Attend concierge events and store events and handle related logistics.
- Maintain and update information on screens and respond to event inquiries promptly.
- Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and local best places to recommend.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and common computer software.
- Ability to manage inquiries and resolve standard issues within policy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build vendor and community relationships.
- Event coordination and administrative support skills.
- Ability to work in a retail store environment and support sales floor technology.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours.
