Summary

Contribute to store sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs, deliver excellent client service from welcome to aftercare, and represent the Maison through strong product knowledge and brand storytelling. Participate in local market intelligence and support team development while maintaining store standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and KPIs and support store action plans
• Provide qualitative feedback to managers
• Know local commercial environment and competitor best practices
• Deliver the full sales ceremony from welcome to after-sales
• Build long-term client relationships and manage client data and invitations
• Develop partnerships with personal shoppers and conciergeries
• Support colleagues and help develop their skills, especially new hires
• Maintain store visual merchandising and cleanliness to brand standards

Requirements

• At least one experience in sales with strong fashion knowledge
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and enjoy challenges
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
• Autonomous, committed, and adaptable to client profiles
• Respect for uniform and grooming standards
• Knowledge and adherence to store procedures and local regulations
