Prepare and cook meals under the direction of the Executive Chef for a retail dining operation, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficient service in a fast paced team environment. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of prep areas while supporting inventory control and ordering. Follow all health safety privacy and cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all meals according to Executive Chef direction
• Follow food handling health and safety regulations
• Control food waste and ensure proper rotation of perishable stocks
• Work swiftly and safely to deliver quick client service
• Maintain prep and storage areas clean tidy and safe
• Keep records of quantities used and assist with food and supplies ordering
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies regulations and cyber security measures

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Culinary school graduate or certificate
• 3 years previous experience
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Bilingual in French and English
