Summary

Seasonal Associate working in-store to provide exceptional customer service during the holiday season across sales and giftwrapping areas. Roles include assisting customers, referring to specialists when needed, and maintaining giftwrapping supplies while delivering elevated packaging standards. Positions are full time or part time and scheduled between October 27 and late December with variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs in assigned store areas
• Provide extraordinary service and create a positive shopping experience
• Refer customers to other employees for specialized sales or service requirements
• Perform giftwrapping to company standards and maintain packaging supplies
• Complete other duties as assigned by store management
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Collaborate with store team to support sales goals
