Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional customer service from welcome to close to elevate the client experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, adherence to brand standards, and active pursuit of sales goals while supporting store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships
• Follow established sales techniques and service standards
• Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge
• Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as directed
• Support team goals and participate in training of new associates
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
• Strong organization, communication and follow up skills
• Ability to handle multiple demands with attention to detail
• Results oriented, self motivated and team focused
• Computer proficiency
• Flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly
