Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal front of house associates provide exceptional customer service during the holiday season in store roles including sales and gift wrapping. Positions are full time or part time between October 27 and late December with on the job training and seasonal employee discount. Associates deliver a warm welcome to customers and support store teams to create elevated shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Refer customers to specialized sales or service team members as needed
• Perform gift wrapping to Holt Renfrew presentation standards
• Ensure packaging supplies are stocked and available throughout the day
• Support sales activities and work toward commission opportunities where applicable
• Complete other duties as assigned by store management
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
